I less than three...

I <3 doing laundry at the laundromat.
Four loads of clothes, one hour of time.
Springy freshness.

Life should be so simple.

Concentrate

My dad sends me emails, well, a lot would not convey how much he emails me. Most of the time they are funny jokes and the occasional personal email. This one touched me for some reason today and I wanted to share it with you. Have a blessed one!

So, concentrate on this sentence...

To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did.
When God takes something from your grasp, He's not punishing you, but merely opening your hands to receive something better.

Concentrate on this sentence....

The will of God will never take you where the Grace of God will not protect you.
Something good will happen to you today.
Something that you have been waiting to hear.

Exciting!

In 36 short days I will be standing on the warm spring ground in Tennessee. I will once again ride the hills and curves in anticipation of a Basement Bar. I will hang with my peeps and friends once again.

I am so freakin' excited!!!

Oh, in other exciting worldly news, Karrie is having a GIRL!!!
Tiny little bundle of pink All-American Girl!

I can't wait for BOTH events!

Favorite quote of the day...

C: You put all that information online. There are creepy people that can find you.

M: Nuh-uh. Shut up.

Mo: You put all that information on the web, they are gonna find ME.

Snowing

It's snowing again in Wisconsin.

Now, I don't like the angry winter storms we have been having. They make the sky look drawn and angry. The snow falls down fast and it's mean. It's cold, bitter, windy, and strained.

And then something happened when I left work tonight. It was still snowing.

Pretty snow.

Big fat flakes of individualized crystals were falling and swirling down to the ground. It makes me feel, once again, like I'm in the middle of a giant snowglobe. I love that feeling.

I stand outside of work and look up to the dark sky and watch the snow fall down.

I am constantly amazed and humbled when I can stand outside in my own personal snowglobe and be mesmerized.

Happy Snow.

Saturday

So, not only do I wake up to the sound of the plow getting all the muck out of the bottom of my driveway, yay!

I also got a blogment from my sister AND an email from a friend. I had Life cereal, because as Caetie points out, who wants a bowl of death in the morning?

I feel like singing!

This is going to be a GREAT day!!!
