Nothing makes me happier right now than getting off work at 1:30PM, driving home with the sun shining and the window open, singing out loud, Venti Strawberry & Creme, spring cleaning, and dinner and conversation with a friend.
Well, except maybe that two weeks from right this minute I will be in TN enjoying my family and friends there.

And, then we went to the Goodwill an did some clothes shopping.
I got some really cool stuff!
Then my friends wanted me to come out and play at Hogs. I said no, I have to be up at 6:30, but they begged.
So, off I go! I love weekends!
The afternoon was beautiful! We took a walk, Chase rode his bike. Then we went to Gram & Grampas and played outside, drank beer and loved every minute of it. Yes, Weekends are great!
Hope Hogs was fun.

OMB! Hogs last night was amazing.
This very cute boy showed me how to dance with him, because I am dance floor stupid.
He was facing away from me and he pulled me really close to him and put my hands on him. It was extremely fun and my girlfriends laughed and made fun of me the whole night.
It was so much fun. I only stayed for an hour because I had to work this morning. So, I played Cinderella and got home before I turned into a pumpkin.
Today was a little overwhelming at work. I want to do a good job. I want to show them that I can do this job well. So, when my ETL tells me I am doing something wrong on the floor in front of "my" cashiers, then it makes me want to defend myself. I am making the right decisions and I'm sorry you don't see that, here's why...
Well, he thinks that I am closed off to "coaching" and I explained that I am. I get defensive and I just wanted him to know I'm aware of that and trying to change and I'd like to hear when I am making the RIGHT decisions, too.
I don't like lopsided feedback. I need to know that HE thinks I'm doing a good job, he put me in the position, obviously he thought I could do the job, and I want him to be proud of me when I'm doing it well. I'm working on being open to the feedback any way it comes.
ahhh... another Starbucks frappie freak?!? I'm addicted to their new honey frappie.... (of course I add other flavors just for fun...)... but nothing compares to their long gone Blackberry and Green Tea... :sighs: Aww.. the good days... But isn't every day at Starbucks a good day?
